Food as Medicine 2022 Update - Nutrition Around the World: Best Practices and Clinical Integrations

The Food as Medicine Update series was created to address the knowledge-gap in nutrition in patient care. In this full day symposium, healthcare professionals will learn about the most recent clinical research on nutrition around the world, discussing best practices and how to integrate into practice. This group learning CME activity is accredited by the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) office at the University of Toronto. The full program can be found here.

As part of this event, Dr. Neal Barnard will deliver the Rundle-Lister Lecture in Transformative Nutritional Medical Education, awarded to him in recognition of his outstanding contributions to translational research in the field of nutrition and health. He will present on The New Science of Food, Hormones, and Health. Previous award winners include Drs. Philip Sherman, David Jenkins, Walter Willett, JoAnn Manson and David Katz.
