Professor Richard Bazinet Awarded Temerty Faculty of Medicine Graduate Teaching Award

Professor Richard Bazinet is the recipient of the 2020 - 2021 Mid-Career Excellence in Graduate Teaching and Mentorship Award. Annually, the Temerty Faculty of Medicine awards 6 Graduate Faculty Teaching Awards to celebrate outstanding contributions to graduate education. Through the Graduate Unit, graduate students and recent graduates nominate faculty members. 

Professor Bazinet has demonstrated a strong committment to his students' academic success, scientific and professional development, and uses innovative approaches to teaching and learning. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic he continued to prioritize mentorship activities and ensured students had novel approaches and perspectives on their projects.
